Down in the bay it was 0.4°C, gusting 38mph ENE, with a feels like of -7°C. Bitter as sin. I found this crabbing gear washed in from a Boulogne boat - the Don Lubi II. It says, 'Boat Don Lubi II. Laid up. Do not lift. The port authority has been notified (?).'
But how did they know to write that 'the boat was laid up' before they put the gear out?
You can see a photo of the Don Lubi II here which is laid up in Dunkerque at the moment.
